Can I pay in person or is online booking mandatory?

Drop and Go accepts both online booking payments and payments at the location.

Does the price vary depending on the size of the luggage?

No, we set a fixed price. There will be no additional cost if your suitcase is heavier or larger than usual.

Hourly or daily rates?

Rates are calculated daily (from 00:00 to 23:59) for luggage storage, and lockers are calculated hourly. If you decide to pick up your bags after midnight, you will have to pay for an extra day.

I booked the service, but I no longer need it, can I ask for a refund?

Yes! If you change your mind, you can cancel your booking any time before check-in for a full refund. If you cancel less than an hour before your booking starts, please contact us for further assistance.

After the booking, can I add additional bags/days?

Yes, of course! You can add extra bags at the location.

Can I extend my booking?

Yes, whether your reservation has already begun or not, it is possible to extend it by modifying it according to your new needs. The rate will be adjusted appropriately.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes, you can pay by cash at the location point.

Is there a size limit?

We don’t have size limits, but unusually large or bulky items like surfboards, skis, or bicycles should be approved before you store them.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) and cash.

Yes, we have both locker service and luggage storage service.

What items are not allowed?

Luggage includes suitcases and bags with or without wheels, as well as foldable buggies. However, the following items are not allowed:

Luggage exceeding a unit weight of 30 kg

Baggage with a height, width, or depth exceeding 0.9m

Metal trunks

Any good whose unit value exceeds €1000

Important personal effects such as keys, wallets, identity documents, passports, driver’s licenses, handwritten documents, property titles, business papers, travel tickets, credit cards, cash, securities, etc.
